What's my truth?

Welcome to My Truth Shirts shop! We are a small company that focuses on wearable messages of hope and positivity operating for over 3 years now. We believe that our truth was brought to light by the spirit of God to go forward with our vision to spread good intentions throughout this world. If you can relate to any life situations, sometimes fear, doubt, insecurities, pity, and so on, could dictate the path you and I choose, but "The Good News" is we weren't created in that spirit! We are created in the spirit and image of the Truth! We believe that our spirit should reflect who we are, loving, passionate, creative, inspiring, and positive people UNITED in this world. We want you to wear your truth shirts proudly, big, and boldly to inspire others! We created this brand to be daring in knowing your truth, no matter who you are, what you do, what you've been through, or how you go through it, you are the truth and can share light to others! WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any claims form misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at contact@mytruthshirtsllc.com.Please return unworn, unwashed item(s) to the return address on the order. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

WHY ARE ORDERS IN PRE-SHIPMENT STAGE?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard.
Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-10 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
